Cryogenic Deflashing

Cryogenic deflashing is a process that involves cooling parts to very cold temperatures to aid in the removal of flash. These low temperatures cause the flash to become stiff or brittle. Once cooled, they are tumbled and blasted with media pellets so that the flash is removed.
